For more than a decade, Pilar Vergara has led the Admissions Department and welcomes each new family. Her closeness, empathy and professionalism make each admission process unique, taking care of every detail to ensure a close and personalized experience.
Her deep knowledge of the school and her listening skills allow her to accompany families with sensitivity, resolving doubts and building trust. In addition, she maintains a constant attention to the current families, strengthening bonds and facilitating integration.
From the first contact to the follow-up, she uses specialized admissions management tools, coordinates interviews, organizes personalized visits and leads school tours, designed to show in an experiential way the day-to-day life of the school and the strengths of our educational project.
With clear, close and empathetic communication, she transmits the pedagogical model with rigor and sensitivity, resolving doubts and offering constant support throughout the decision process.
Vanessa L. Moore holds a degree in English and German Philology and a Master's in Human Resources. Her career at the school has been marked by a strong commitment to education and the development of students, taking on various leadership roles over the years.
Starting as Head of Languages, her vocation and leadership skills led her to coordinate the Secondary and later the Sixth Form stages. Her ability to lead teams and her educational vision earned her the role of Deputy Head, where she worked closely on the continuous improvement of the school’s educational project.
Now, as Head of School, Vanessa continues to drive academic excellence and the holistic development of students, ensuring the school remains a benchmark in education. Her experience, passion for teaching and focus on educational innovation form the foundation of her leadership, always aiming to offer the best preparation for each student's future.
With more than ten years of experience in communication and digital marketing, Aína specializes in educational marketing and brand development. Since 2017 she leads the positioning strategy of El Altillo International School, aligning every action with the values of our educational project.
She has worked in graphic design, content management, corporate communication and customer service, which allows her to bring a comprehensive and strategic vision. Her approach combines aesthetic sensitivity, creativity and a solid technical base to build a coherent, close and authentic brand identity.
As a member of the Management Team, she promotes initiatives that reinforce the sense of belonging to our community and project the school as a reference in innovation, educational quality and personalized support. Her commitment to continuous improvement and her passion for teamwork are key to give visibility to a project that transforms through education and values.
